To the 1st Annual BSC World Series. Again thanks for everyone who has made this tournament a huge success in its first year. Just wanted to pass along some helpful information for this weekends events. Weather looks great for the weekend.

One very important announcement. Teams and players playing or attending games on Friday night, there is a big football game in the stadium next to the complex on Friday. Traffic will be heavy, but there will be electronic signs helping with the flow of traffic. All softball players and fans should use the Lumpkin road entrance (signs will direct you to it), because we have been reserved our own section of parking spaces on Friday night. You should allow yourself some extra time if you are playing Friday night. The football game starts at 7:30, so it will primarily have the most impact on the 7:45 softball games.

Also, don't forget to get your free raffle tickets(20 each per team) filled out and turned in as soon as possible. We will start drawing for the hourly prize and cash drawings at noon on Saturday. Also, Inside of your coaches packets will be maps and coupons for use throughout the Columbus area. Jason's Deli is even feeding coaches for free this weekend, so show your coaches some love. Information for Jason's Deli will be in packet as well.
